Forget All Your Jitters During Intimacy With Fildena

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition where a man is unable to get or maintain an erection that lasts long enough or is rigid enough to complete the love making session. Some diseases that may lead to erectile dysfunction include diabetes, kidney failure, obesity, anxiety, stress, kidney disease, nerve and brain disorders, smoking, aging, alcohol and drug abuse and hypertension. Excessive drinking, smoking, and drug abuse may damage the blood vessels and reduce blood flow towards the male penile region. Problems in getting or sustaining an erection can be a sign of an underlying health condition that needs to be treated as soon as possible.

Fildena is a remarkable medication that is effectively used in the management of erectile dysfunction or impotence in males. The main active ingredient present in Fildena is Sildenafil citrate that is commonly used in those men who have a problem in maintaining or sustaining a firm erection. Sildenafil mainly inhibits the enzyme known as phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) responsible for cGMP degradation. It relaxes the smooth muscle and increases blood flow towards the male penile region by stimulating the release of nitric oxide (NO).

Commercially, Fildena is accessible in a tablet dosage form with a dose of 50 mg and 100 mg.  Fildena 50 mg and 100 mg should be administered via the oral route, with a sufficient quantity of water, approximately one hour before the love making session. Fildena 50 mg and 100 mg last its effect in the body for 4 to 5 hours and therefore, a gap of 24 hours should be maintained between the two doses of Fildena. Only one tablet of Fildena should be taken in a day. Fildena can be taken with or without a meal but avoid taking meals rich in fat. Some common adverse effects of Fildena include dizziness, upset stomach, diarrhea, stomach upset,  nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, facial flushing, a headache, chest pain, muscle pain, and sweating.
